Toya Golf & Country Club Wroclaw is located only a few kilometers north of the city center. Visitors and members can choose from: an 18 hole Championship course, a 9 hole short course, great practice facilities as well as a well-equipped pro shop and a nice restaurant. Visitors, also beginners are very welcome. Handicap certificate is necessary to play 18 hole course.
The one of the most beautiful golf courses in Poland was open for play in April 2006. It was built on an ex-military practicing ground. Military traces are still visible and make some of the holes very unique. Gentle undulations and numerous ponds seem natural but were created on a terrain that was completely flat.The designer Jeremy Pern gave a links character to the open parts of the course and a parkland character to the part between the trees and lakes. Some parts of the terrain remained untouched during construction, giving the course a very mature look.
